Contributions to the American Syrian PAC are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal law requires us to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in an election cycle. Contributions by corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. NOT PRINTED AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE

PACs can give $5,000 to a candidate committee per election (primary, general or special). They can also give up to $15,000 annually to any national party committee, and $5,000 annually to any other PAC. Contributions from corporations, foreign nationals and minors are prohibited. (Contributions from US permanent residents/green cardholders, however, are permitted.) The maximum contribution per individual is $5,000 per year and up to $10,000 per year for couples per PAC.
